My Diet and Workout Routine

I lost 25 pounds in 1 month and a half. I simply googled how much calories a woman is supposed to consume each day. I actually started to count calories, I would try to eat less than 2000 calories per day. I started eating less and exercising, I quickly shed all excess weight and I felt so confident. After I worked out I would feel so healthy and energetic. I literally ate my normal meals, there were no extreme diets. I am sure a nutritionist will disagree with how I ate.

Then eventually I tried not consuming much sugar. Even my tea had no sugar or other sweeteners, I started eating more fruits to get a healthy sugar intake. I would advise anyone to get a pair of 10 lb dumbbells to help workout and tone your arms. Always warm up before you exercise, I did at least 20 jumping jacks( it gives you the energy and zeal to workout). Always start with a small workout routine, you will get the hang off it in a few days. I used to do 100 sit-ups per day, now I do more.

There are some suitable workout equipment that you could purchase, as long as you are actually going to use it and not leave it to collect cobwebs. You don’t have to push your body to extreme workouts. Do as much as you body could handle, eat less than your usual food intake and drink a lot of water, you will see results. Stock up on crackers and green tea, if you can, buy a workout bike or a treadmill.

  1. This was inspiring I just got motivated to start working out. This weekend I weighed myself and I’m at 80kg I was actually thinking how Io go about it. I’ll some of these out and I definitely have to cut down on sugar🤔. Thank you for sharing Lily❤.
